Very convenient to travel, not difficult to find food, convenient to go to Nimman, very close, convenient parking as well. The staff are lovely, very welcoming, good service, clean room.

We didn't immediately notice that the hotel is located near the airport, but now we know that planes fly to Chiang Mai until 12:00 and from 6:00)
The hotel itself is not terrible, but there are many things that could have been done. For example, dirty air conditioners and dust on the cornices. And in my room, instead of a wall lamp, there were just dusty wires sticking out.
I also didn't like the fact that you can hear people in the next room very well, as if they were somewhere in your room. My neighbors were celebrating Halloween and this prevented me from sleeping.
Conclusion: you can stay at this hotel, but your expectations should be appropriate.
In my opinion, for such quality of accommodation, the price should be even lower.
