Very satisfied with the cleanliness of the hotel, moder and newly hotel, the helpfulness of the staff at the front desk , they even go out of their way to guide you through the places to visit in chiangmai. The area is central even if one wishes to walk around

Great modern hotel - rooms and small but perfectly laid out. The only thing I’ve been a little underwhelmed about is the size of the pool but other than that it’s a perfect hotel for me.

Overall was good. Very friendly and helpful staffs. Rooms are clean and well maintained. Good and delicious breakfast. Highly recommended.

Small hotel but enoght. Little noise room if you stay at room 201 just up to lobby and breakfast place (start early morning noise). Helpful staff

Everything was good, but one thing that was disappointing was that the shower filter wasn't compatible ㅠㅠ I bought a bunch of filters, but they were useless... When I asked the staff, they said that the basic rooms were only available on the 4th floor.. I guess it wasn't because they were higher floors but because of the shower facilities..! I wanted to pay extra to change them, but they said they were fully booked ㅠㅠ Fortunately, the water didn't have to be changed, but if you plan on upgrading the facilities in the future, I'd definitely recommend the shower filter... ㅎㅎ All the staff were friendly, the breakfast was clean, and there was fruit 24 hours a day, so it was great!

It was so clean and, above all, the staff were so friendly that I liked it. You can eat unlimited fruit in the lobby and take as much coffee and water as you want. The breakfast was also delicious. The location is also great and there are so many good restaurants nearby.

There was a flood in Chiang Mai and I had to wade out. The front desk guy at the hotel was very friendly and helped me carry my luggage out. Thank you very much🙏

The room is very clean and not far from Thapae Gate. The price is affordable and there is an elevator. There are free snacks, seasonal fruits, fresh coffee and drinking water (hot and cold), which is good! After the flood, the service is in place. The room is a little small, and there is an alley at night, which is scary to walk

The service is ok, but the room is too small, the quilt is thin, the pillow is uncomfortable, the air conditioner in my room blows towards the bed, and the hotel is in an alley, so it's a bit scary to go in and out at night. So overall, you can't complain about the price, but if you want a good experience on vacation, I suggest you consider it again.

The hotel is in a good location, right next to the old city of Chiang Mai, 3 minutes' walk from Tha Pae Gate, and a few minutes' walk to the Sunday Night Market. The hotel has complete facilities, the bed and pillows are very comfortable, the bathroom shower has a lot of water, there is a swimming pool, and the breakfast is very rich, with coffee, eggs, bread, snacks, vegetable salads, rice and fried dishes. The key is that the lobby provides unlimited free bottled mineral water, boiled water, coffee, snacks and fruits 24 hours a day. This is the service we are most satisfied with. It's really great. I will definitely recommend friends to stay here.

Comfortable hotel with swimming pool, located near Thapae Gate, convenient transportation, convenient for finding food around, with two breakfasts, snacks watermelon during the day, coffee to eat as you like, quiet at night, will go again in the future🐶

It is near Tapae**t, so it has great access to the Old City, Night Bazaar, and Weekend Markets (Jingzai Market, Sunday Market, etc.). It is a newly built hotel, so it is very clean. Highly recommended for individuals or couples traveling independently.
