The location of the B&B is quite secluded, and the service staff are quite friendly, but there is a lot of room for improvement in the hygiene of the room, such as the beds and towels. I hope it can be done better in the future.

Endroit idéal pour une immersion typiquement thaïlandaise, on se sent comme à la maison. Gentillesse, calme et sérénité sont les maîtres mots de cette pension de famille parfaite pour les familles.(cours de cuisine, de muay Thai, massage piscine) les chambres sont spacieuses et confortables On y dîne comme au restaurant! There is a lot that is great about this place. The rooms are very comfortable and big, the staff is very nice, the breakfast is good, and the surroundings are beautiful. Also the price can't be beat. The biggest downsides for us were the distance to the downtown (25 min in a taxi each way) so that made it hard to do easy outings. Also, there is nothing really in walking distance from this place, so you are kinda trapped there if you do not take a taxi. The pool was nice (but very cold) so we couldn't really enjoy it. I would say this is a good place if you are looking for an affordable place to say and if you don't plan on being in the downtown area most of the time.

An oasis of tranquility away from the noise and busy environment of Chiang Mai. So many decorative native features. Wonderful breakfast with choices of fruits, breads and eggs cooked to order. Wonderful and kind staff, great service. Spacious rooms and very comfortable beds. A real “home” feel

Great place to stay with friendly and helpful staff. The hotel also offers a lot of programmes and activities in Chiang Mai. Superb place to stay in a quiet place in Chiang Mai. Breakfast was fantastic. Suitable for big groups or families too.

Joy's House is an oasis of sweet tranquility. The staff are genuinely hospitable. The grounds are gorgeous and well-tended. The property is a short 15-20 minutes into the heart of Chaing Mai. I also appreciated the a la carte food options available for lunch and dinner. I hope to return someday.

Endroit sympa, mais un peu loin de tout. Beaucoup de moustiques même s'ils allument des bougies anti-moustiques, ce n'est pas suffisant… Dans la chambre, la literie est bonne mais les oreillers sont trop durs. Pour l'eau chaude de la douche, c'est une petite chaudière à allumer manuellement. La piscine est froide et l'eau n'est pas très claire. Le petit-déjeuner est simple mais bon. Globalement, c'est un peu comme une maison d'hôtes.
