We booked the night of October 4th because we couldn't get into our house because everything was flooded. So we booked Hotel B2 through this app because we thought we could stay there because the water wasn't flooding. When we drove there, it turned out that we couldn't stay because the whole area around the hotel was flooded in Chiang Mai. So we asked to cancel and get a refund but it was rejected. Since the hotel couldn't be checked in, why did they let us book? The reason we had to book the hotel was because our house was flooded. We saw that there were rooms available through the app, but it turned out that we couldn't get into the hotel because everything was flooded. We asked to cancel and get a refund of over 1,000 baht but it was rejected. I'm very sorry about this incident. Thais shouldn't take advantage of each other. We should help and provide assistance.
