整個設計很現代和簡約；光影和鏤空感很好。特別是酒店那一顆顆大樹，茂盛，古樸，無可替代。餐廳特別好。我們吃了一頓午餐 西餐，很正宗，也有優惠；早餐也很豐盛。4樓是泳池，游泳的時候感到乾淨，舒適，抬頭就是藍天，樹葉，很舒服哦！性價比超高，超過了我們的預期！

心からのおもてなしに包まれた滞在でした！
夫婦でCross Chiang Mai Riversideのリバービュースイートに滞在させていただきました。到着した瞬間から、スタッフの皆さまの温かい笑顔と丁寧なおもてなしに迎えられ、まるで自分たちの「特別な場所」に帰ってきたような安心感がありました。
お部屋は細部にまでこだわりが感じられ、バスタブがないタイプのお部屋でしたが、とても広いので問題もなく、ダブルの洗面台は嬉しい限りでした。川の流れを眺めるというよりは、ガーデンビューといってもいいくらいのきれいな庭の向こうに川が流れている感じなので、ガーデンビューでもよかったかな？
洗練されたデザインと自然の調和が絶妙で、ここで過ごす時間は、日常を忘れさせてくれるような静けさと心が癒されていくのを感じました。
今回は夫の誕生日のお祝いも兼ねての滞在だったのですが、なんとホテルの方がサプライズで素敵なバースデーケーキをご用意くださり、2人にとって忘れられない特別なひとときを演出してくださいました。その細やかな心遣いに、思わず胸が温かくなりました。
建築やアートが好きな方には全てがパーフェクトで、「また必ず戻ってきたい」と思わせてくれる場所です。大切な人と、特別な時間を過ごしたい方に心からおすすめしたいホテルです。

Overall it's pretty good, the service is proactive, the room is clean, there is a turndown service, the snacks of the turndown service are quite fragrant, not too sweet, not bad👍.
The breakfast platter is pretty, but the taste is okay, it feels like there are not many choices.
The hotel restaurant has received a lot of bad reviews recently, so I didn't go there for dinner.

Located beside the Ping River, the river view room is very humid, and there is a dehumidifier. The only public facility is an outdoor swimming pool. Because the Ping River is being excavated and the trees are high, there is no view. The food is first-class, and you can order unlimited breakfasts. The taste and presentation are both excellent, and Michelin is right~
There is a free shuttle bus to the night market, MAYA Department Store, Holiday Night Market and Zhenxin Market at fixed times. CI will send coconut ice cream, chocolate and welcome tea. The room rate for staying in the off-season in July is very good~
