The hotel isn't close to the city centre and tourists' spots but it is very close to CECCE Chiang Mai where we went to see a concert there. There are also many beautiful cafe around the neighbourhood. The room was comfortable and clean. But there's no elevator so a bit hard to carry luggages.

The facilities are complete but not recommended. The water heater only has cold water, no hot water for bathing. The hotel is right under the flight path of the plane. A plane will fly over soon and it is very noisy. The dogs downstairs kept barking in the middle of the night, which is very annoying. The hotel has partition walls so the sound insulation is not good. You can even hear the sound of the neighbors watching TV in the middle of the night. The most important thing is that it is remote. You can't go out at night. There is nothing to visit below. The attractions are very far away. The price is not cheap. It is recommended to book near the ancient town for about 150-200.
