The staffs are good. The room is clean. The bathroom has everything: shampoo, soap, hair dryer. But the tissue holder feels a bit broken when we pull it out. In the room, the seat cushion has a small tear. The towel has a little stain. It's a pity that there is no wifi in the room. But overall, it's good.

This is the hotel with the best value for money I've ever stayed in. The service is amazing. I was away from Chiang Mai for two days and the cleaning lady put the room supplements at the door every day. When she saw that I didn't take them, she called to ask about it. It was really great.
