Very comfortable beds. The massage is so good. The staff are so nice and the breakfast it was so yummy. All in all, a wonderful experience.

We really liked this hotel but this year it was less. The shower leaked and it kept changing from hot to cold.

Our room was wonderfully spacious. There are compliments cookies and tea selection. The hairdryer is very old and slow though.
I like the aromatherapy spa downstairs very much, they used coffee bean grounds and rose oil. The skin is very smooth after. Grateful that the staff helped us with late checkout so that we could complete the spa then check out.

This is my second time staying here. The location is very good and quiet in a busy city. The room is large and well-equipped, and the sanitation is very clean. The waiter was very considerate and put the two beds together and replaced them with a king-size quilt. It was very comfortable to live in!

The hotel is conveniently located, just a few minutes' walk to Tha Pae Gate. Staff are friendly and courteous. Breakfast has less choices, but it's acceptable. The only problem was that the wires in my room were disconnected on my last night. The entire room was not connected to the air supply and air conditioning. It was not repaired until the morning. Overall this hotel is acceptable.
