Booked this hotel for a friend. We all stayed together.
Great location. Next to the fruit and vegetable market. There are many restaurants. There are several 711s nearby, so shopping is very convenient.
It is also very close to Thapae Gate, so you can just walk there.

Awful check-in service. So rude and impolite. The worst I've experienced in Thailand. However, the breakfast and housekeeping staff are amazing.
The room was reasonably comfortable with decent air conditioning and a view of the pool.
Wifi is unusable. Minimal amenities in the room. I had to request my staff to be unlocked (why wasn't it ready?)
The pool is nice, but the sunbeds are always full. Has an ok gym.
Breakfast was the same every morning with no variation and of basic quality.
The location is good. Quiet side street but not far from the main walking sites.
I wouldn't stay here again

It is very convenient to go shopping and night market in the ancient city. The courtyard style is very warm. The rooms facing the street are a bit noisy

Room
Was smaller than regular room. Close to front counter so it was noisy. Cobwebs in room and touch points like light switches not washed and mold on shower curtain and in shower was a big turnoff.
The fact they had to check the room
To make sure we left it in good condition was a joke.
Didn’t receive towels in the room until 4:30 And they made us sit in the lobby and wait to check in because we were 2 minutes early!! lol
