Staff very helpful, room is clean,  location need to rent a car, but overall everything very ok

Hotel was basic and set up was quite old. Just love the idea the location is close to royal park and other famous eatery. Hotel staff was helpful but hotel could do with some renovation

The hotel has nothing to say, however, 10km from the center with Bolt the drivers ask more to come and pick you up

Thanks to the reception desk for communicating with the driver, he could arrive at the venue on time, otherwise the competition qualification will be invalid.

For the price the hotel has large rooms. The mattress is nice and hard so that you don't sink in and you can sleep nice and straight and soothing for your back. It's a bit far away from the city so driving is often refused.

The wellness centre is closed and has been for a long time. The restaurant is closed in the evening. The jets and jacuzzi are not working. Mould in the gym area with 2 out of 3 machines not working. Requested 2000thb refund through booking as was very unhappy that they advertise these facilities when they are not available. But the refund has been refused. Spoke to the reception and owner but didn't even get an apology. Do not book here. It's a scam.
