Excellent value hotel.
Well located in the Old City, perfect for exploring. Rooms are basic, but clean and very spacious.
All staff very friendly and helpful.
Would definitely stay again when visiting Chiang Mai.

It's well located, so you can walk around the city center or take a taxi to explore the outskirts. The only downside is that the room doesn't have air conditioning, which I made a mistake when I made the reservation.
Recommended. A quiet and warm hotel, where you can eat and enjoy the day by the pool.

My love🥰 I was the 4th time here. And going to come back. After my last visit last year they changed the bed cloth and towels. Now I do not have any pretension at all.

Breakfast is too simple! Just eggs, toast, coffee and orange juice. These 4 rooms were different from the ones in the pictures. There were small animals walking around in the wash basins and the hangers in the rooms were worn out. It was more disappointing than expected.

We've stayed here several times over the past 20 years. The location is sensational, directly across from Wat Chiang Man. The pool is nice. The staff aren't particularly attentive, but they're very friendly. There's a bit of a lack of investment. Everything is 20 years old. With a little attention to detail, this could truly be a gem. The included breakfast isn't really worth it, as it deviates too much from the à la carte offerings. I'll still book this hotel again and again because of the location.
