Really love it**! This is the third time to stay here Super convenient nearby~ The service is also great! Stayed in various types of hotels in Chiang Mai (including five-star) In the end, I always love living in **! The only drawback is that the breakfast is not good enough However, we all like to go to the nearby traditional market to find food⋯ It's within walking distance, very convenient.

I made a reservation because the reviews were good. The location was not very good and it was inconvenient, but the staff was kind and taught me about the Grab app, which made getting around easier. The room was quiet, but the shower had running water.

We had a wonderful stay! The room was spacious and thoughtfully designed with a nice layout that segmented each area perfectly. It featured a fully equipped kitchen, two comfortable bedrooms each with their own ensuite bathroom, a cozy living room, and a large balcony that gave us plenty of space to relax. The decor was tasteful and made the place feel very welcoming. The location was also easy to find and very convenient. Overall, a great experience — highly recommended!

Spent a relaxing week here. Would stay again. Staff is extremely helpful and kind. ( And patient!). Great pools, nice gym, even in your room massages available.

This lovely quiet little spot was perfect for a few days stop over on our travels. Staff were absolutely fantastic & spoke very good English so there was no language barrier at all. The rooms were large & had everything we needed. Such great value for money - we will definitely be back again :)

Really enjoyed our time here! Our room was spotless, very spacious, with a very modern bathroom, and we had everything we needed. You are around 25-30 minute walk from the centre, however there are so many lovely restaurants, cafes and bars along the way, we loved walking there! We extended by 2 nights, and had to move rooms, but the staff were so kind and ensured it was as smooth as possible. Great hotel :)

Really good value for money, staff we're lovely. Especially Nat on the front desk he was so helpful and professional and went the extra mile for us. Rooms really neat and clean, pool lovely, lots of info for trips out available too. About 10 mins from centre , can easily get a cab! Great stay thank you guys!

This is a great spot, a little way out of town but within striking distance via Tuk Tuk! We are a family of four and took two rooms. The rooms are fairly basic, however the staff keep them clean and everything worked fine. The hotel reception team are amazing, especially the young guy at the desk. He was so helpful. Small pool, but lovely for a dip after walking in the thai heat!

Great place to stay - really friendly and helpful staff. The pool was lovely and nice and cold just what we needed. The rooms were nice and cool and large and clean. It is an incredibly good price. The gym was well equipped also. And good location.

Great hostel/service appartement. Kind and helpful staff also family friendly place. Stayed in an appartement, kitchen, microwave, fridge available. Very clean and good location with private parking, will visit again when in Chiang Mai.

A very pleasant place to stay. Not too far from the shops and restaurants. Walking distance to the old town. Totally recommend it. Great value for money. Wonderful helpful and courteous staff that helped with making restaurant bookings, massage bookings and taxis.

Amazing staff. They were happy to help with numerous questions. Breakfast included. Easy to get a scooter, bike or taxi around Chaing Mai Bed was comfortable and rooms were clean. Wifi worked . We were able to eat at some small family cafes and ohhh the local coffee shops are amazing!!

Everybody is very friendly and our room very big.. the hotel is not in center of the City but very calm with a good Pool. The breakfast is very good but you have to order what you want to eat the day before. What i dint like is that you have to say at what time you Come to have breakfast. So can not go for breakfast when you wake up but must wait until it is your time. I can say you must try this hotel.

I had a very bad experience with them. I booked 4 nights in the hotel. When I arrived at the reception to check in, the receptionist and I realized that the reservation was for February and not January. He told me not to worry, that I had to make a request through booking and that I could be reimbursed without any problem, given the fact that I am a student and my travel budget is tight. I left with a light heart and I made the necessary arrangements through booking. Once I left, they completely refused my cancellation request and want me to pay the full price. Big liars. I might as well own up and say it straight rather than smiling big and making unfulfilled promises. I therefore do not recommend this hotel run by bad people.
