Good value for money. Room good and clean. Breakfast simple but tasty. Staff very friendly. Nice pool. Just a minute from nightmarket. Near restaurants, bars etc. Good location.

Third accommodation in Chiang Mai. Booked only after seeing the ratings, but the facilities were completely different.
It seems that the ratings for the hotel and the residence connected to the hotel were confused.
The toilet cover was dirty, so I thought it was old, but it was clogged when I wiped it with toilet paper. There was no drain in the shower room, and the bedding was not clean. The elevator was old, and the air conditioner looked old.
The worst of the three accommodations with the same price and rating.
