The hotel is in a good location, in a relatively less commercial area of Chiang Mai. For this price, the environmental sanitation service is quite good, but you have to wait a long time for hot water, which is sometimes unavailable.

旧市街に位置し、チェンマイ駅からGrabで15分程要します。部屋も広く、エアコンもよく効き、無料の水が置いてあり、コストパフォーマンスは最高です。シャワーブースにカーテンが無いため、個人的には清潔度は4になります。ホテルランドリーも1kg-60THBと安いため、次回以降は利用したいと思います。バンコクからチェンマイへは往復寝台列車を利用し、到着日は朝から、出発日は夕方まで無料で荷物を預かってもらえました。

Great place, very very clean and quiet, hot water with good pressure, next to a conviinience store and several cafes, 5 mins walk from a park with free yoga classes and a thai boxing club. Totally recommended

A good location in the old town, 7-11 was just on the other side of the road, a lot of good restaurants were near too.
It gets a little noisy at nights with motobikes passing by and the bar nearby, people were playing darts and making noises until pretty late.
Air conditioner was a little weak, hot water comes slow and the water pressure wasn't consistent.
If you're just looking for a place to stay for the night with a good location and a low price, I would recommend this to you.

Came back to stay again before traveling to China. I was impressed with the service here. It is near food sources, near Tha Pae Walking Street, can walk conveniently. When I come back to Chiang Mai, I will come to stay again.

The overall experience of this stay was good. The room was clean and tidy, the bedding was comfortable, and the facilities were relatively complete.
