When we arrived, we were greeted by Ms IMM and she is so helpful and friendly to checkin for us. The hotel is beautiful and a good location. All the staffs are so polite and helpful. We upgraded to a bigger room and the room was beautiful. We had breakfasts in the hotel everyday and the food are delicious. The hotel even decorated swans and give us chocolate for our anniversary. We both had a wonderful time staying in the hotel. Will definitely stay there again if we come back to Chiang Mai.

This is a really nice hotel, and I would definitely stay here again if I come to Chiang Mai.
The staff were very friendly, the lobby was lovely, and the free water and ice cream were provided, making for a very relaxing stay.

This is the first hotel I stayed in Chiang Mai. I love it here. The girl at the front desk was very friendly and could speak Chinese. The service was warm and thoughtful. I stayed here for three days and felt very comfortable. The room was super clean and cool. The air conditioner was a little noisy at night, but it was okay. The swimming pool is relatively small, but the overall sanitation of the hotel is very satisfactory. Turn left at the hotel entrance and you will find Seven Star, which is very close and convenient.

The location is fantastic, in the heart of the ancient city, across from Wat Sinpa, and right outside the weekend night market. The hotel's public areas are beautiful and photogenic, but the rooms, likely due to renovations, are simple, with average amenities and soundproofing.
