I will not choose this hotel again. The price I booked was 600 per night, which is expensive in Chiang Mai. I wanted to compare it to Atour Huanpeng, but it turned out that the hotel should be similar to domestic hotels with a price of around 300, such as 7 Days Inn. The biggest problem is hygiene. The towels and quilt covers are all black and they are not replaced. I don't know if you can see it in the pictures, because the room is dark and the photos are not clear enough. The sheets are white and the quilt covers are dirty and gray, and they are not replaced. The towels are also dirty and hard, and I dare not use them at all. The shower water is not enough, all the facilities are old, the breakfast is very simple, and the coffee is not of good quality. In Chiang Mai, coffee is of this quality, which should not be the case. There is one more thing. I don't know if it is the same in Chiang Mai. We arrived at the hotel at 11 am. The hotel stipulates that we should check in at 2 pm. The front desk said that the hotel room is ready and we can check in immediately, but I have to pay an extra 3 hours' fee. I paid the money and checked in happily, but then I thought, this is the first time I have encountered such a situation. The room is ready, but there is no leniency. I have to pay more to check in early, because the time in advance is not much, and I still booked 6 nights in a row. I have never encountered such a stingy hotel at home or abroad. This hotel gives people the feeling of extreme cost control in all aspects, and maximizes profits, so the check-in experience is not good, and the price is not reasonable, so I don't recommend it.

The staff were very kind and the hotel was very clean and comfortable!! We stayed for 5 nights and were grateful that we received 500ml of mineral water for each person every day.

There are molds all around, and the most outrageous thing is that the water will keep overflowing when taking a shower! ! Too exaggerated The kettle is crawling with ants, which is outrageous. Service: There is basically no service. If you book, you won't get a refund. The waiters are deceiving themselves, saying that their room is 40 square meters. Do you think everyone is a **? ! I looked at the reviews and we are not the first to encounter the problem of the size of the room not being the same as the picture. It's outrageous. Facilities: Every item in the room, including slippers, is marked with a price, it is really to prevent thieves and customers 👏 Finally, thanks to Ctrip customer service A Zheng and housekeeper Yi Su for helping us communicate. They helped us solve the problem from 11 o'clock on the night of check-in to the next morning. We booked 4 nights, but only stayed for 1 night and quickly packed up and ran away. It was terrible. This place is only visible in the public area (although it is also very small)

The hotel is just like the photo, it feels like entering a fairy tale, so dreamy! The waiters were attentive and polite. I live on the second floor, and there are two terraces at the front and back. The environment is very good, so I can relax both physically and mentally!
