Overall, it is a very average place for the price they charge. Resort in their name is misleading. There are no facilities which can differentiate them from a hotel. Thai Food was pretty good (breafast very avg), though not much variety for vegetarians. Avoid if you are looking for a resort experience

I came here with my family on holiday. I can only say that I was very disappointed. It was the worst hotel I stayed in during the trip. I could choose a better one at the same price. This hotel is no longer what it used to be. Both the front desk service attitude and the environment have dropped a lot. Half of the hotel's iconic tree is withered and sawed off. The swimming pool water used to be heated, but now it is no longer heated. It is freezing cold. The room originally chosen for the family trip smelled moldy as soon as I entered. I almost vomited. The row of rooms on the north side, next to the massage parlor, were all moldy. I changed three rooms in a row and they were all like this. It was in sharp contrast to the smell of the hotel lobby. I have stayed in other hotels in Chiang Mai, and they are basically better than this one in terms of price and service.

Highly recommended hotel, every member of staff at the hotel was exceptionally friendly. We were greeted with a welcome tea at check in and had our room decorated with care, which was much appreciated. The hotel was superb and the breakfast was excellent. Would choose this place again!
