The room was not cleaned on the first morning. I told them in the afternoon but they still didn't clean. I stayed for four days and they didn't clean it. Each room only had two bottles of mineral water a day. I wanted one but couldn't get one. They also recorded that I was missing one bottle on the second day. It was rare. The breakfast should be hot but it wasn't. The receptionist at the front desk was rarely enthusiastic when talking to you. The temperature of the electric water heater was not hot enough and the water was often cut off. Such a hotel is a disgrace to Chiang Mai. I hope you can check it out.
