For me this hotel is very good to walk out to many massages and restaurants, very comfortable environment, very friendly staff, the only drawback is the door soundproofing is not very good, at night will hear the sound of opening and closing next door. However everything else will bring me back to this hotel again.

Our room had a bathtub so the cleanliness was not good. All have scale.
Breakfast is the best I have ever had in so many hotels in Chiang Mai! The worst room.
The sheets smell musty and are not dry enough!
