The room is very clean, including the washroom. Staffs are very friendly and accomodating. The room we stayed sometime had a humming sound, might be the water heater from the other rooms running. Breakfast was hit and miss, but overall ok. A bit far from city center, so better bring some snacks since there is no mini market nearby.

The second time staying at this hotel, staff are friendly, it’s quite hard to go out by walk as there is no side road for people.

Extended our stay at this accommodation as we enjoyed our stay. We selected the river view room, which was good. It's not a large room, but a clean and comfortable room. It has all the items needed for a comfortable stay, plus a little bonus that snacks and drinks are at no charge. The staff are friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good but not much excitement in the dishes. Close walk to a few massage shops and a couple of really nice restaurants.
The workers have done a fantastic job in getting the lower level of the hotel up to speed after major flooding in the region from a massive typhoon passed through as a rain depression. They were working on the gardens to the river.
We enjoyed our stay.

The hotel is very beautiful. The view of the Ping River is beautiful. The room is clean. The mini bar is full of food. It's really great. The breakfast is also delicious, especially the Nam Ngiao soup. I really like it.
