It's conveniently located near the center of Santitham. Despite that, it's very quiet, the hotel is well-cleaned, the staff are friendly, and there is free coffee, snacks, bananas, etc. at the front desk. I felt they were very friendly.

I stayed for 3 nights in Chiang Mai for the first time.
Owner? He calls out to me every morning and asks if the room needs cleaning, and when I ask for towels to be changed, he cleans the room and replenishes plenty of water.
The location is okay. There are a lot of things nearby, such as Akaama Coffee, a famous Khao Soi restaurant, and a cheap massage shop (foot, Thai traditional massage 60mins.200baht). The Wi-Fi was a little weak, but the bed was very comfortable.
