The homestay is very comfortable. The girl is very serious and polite. She always greets you before sending you things. We can communicate in English. The hotel is Lanna style. The triple room is on the first floor. There is a bedroom and a living room. There is a refrigerator and a microwave. There are latches in the doors and windows of the room, which is very safe. The window faces the small street, but it is not noisy. The instant water heater has low power. The water is hot enough when the water is turned down. There is no problem with taking a shower. The homestay is less than 10 minutes' walk from Chiang Mai Gate. Many white people come to stay. They probably think it is very worthwhile like us. We stayed for two more nights and only booked a double bed room. It is also very beautiful. I will make a review for the next order.

I placed an order for the hotel that was built in 2024, but found that the hotel's mattresses, sheets, towels and other supplies were all yellow. Although they had been washed, they were definitely not newly purchased. It was estimated that they had been used for at least many years. The hotel has a total of 5 rooms. It is difficult for us to accept that they will not clean unless requested. The order was only cleaned twice in 5 days, and it was only done when clearly requested. There were two days when I went out early and didn't see the waiter, so the room hygiene was directly ignored 😳; on the last day, I wanted to sit on the balcony for a while, only to find that the entire balcony was covered with a thick layer of dust, which was very disgusting; the different standards of homestays are the biggest flaw. I don't know that the new decoration only refers to the stairs (some customers complained that the stairs were too slippery and steep in the early stage). This hotel is at the bottom of the list during this one-month trip to Thailand. I hope to describe it realistically. The photo shows the balcony view, which is still okay. The yellow building behind is an apartment rented for only 3,000 yuan a month, which is much better when it is new 😅

The room is spacious, clean and well located. The only problem is the self-service.

The reason I renewed my reservation for another night when there was no service was that it was relatively close to Chiang Mai Gate Night Market and Saturday Night Market. Chiang Mai Gate Night Market can be considered as a daily night market, and its cost-effectiveness is higher than that of Saturday and Sunday Night Market!
