The entire accommodation is located in the Prio condo floor of the hotel, probably on the 7th floor. There is no counter for checking in. You have to call the number provided. It's not very convenient. It probably focuses on foreign customers. Getting into the accommodation is like a maze. The room is spacious and clean enough. There are a lot of kitchen appliances. If you're thinking of going to Chiang Mai and cooking for yourself, I recommend it. It feels like you're sleeping in a condo, not a hotel.
