It was a good stay and comfy. Apart from reaching my room which was quite a distance because of how the hotel is built, everything was perfect. Very near to 7-11 and good for pickup for tours if you booked one. Also near massage parlors. And about 15mins walking distance to Sunday walking market.

We stayed at this hotel with apprehension, having read negative reviews. In fact, everything turned out to be super! The room is spacious, clean, everything you need is there, no smell, the water is hot, the pressure is excellent, the hotel is close to everything, right next to the canal. At the reception they helped us rent a car, took luggage for storage for 5 days for free! Everyone was kind and attentive! In 5 days we will return there, without a doubt! 👍

Clean, spacious room with a good air conditioner and a comfortable (firm) bed. The room had a wardrobe and a dressing table with a mirror. Extra pillows were provided upon request and we were able to check in a bit early at no additional cost. Location is right on the border of the Old City, very close to a 7-11 and a night street food market.
