Good location, very friendly, breakfast according to wish and tasty. White wine was out of stock - receptionist drove immediately and got one. The only missing thing is a small pool to cool down.

The location of the hotel is in the old city. Although it is a homestay, it has an elevator and it is very convenient to take a taxi anywhere. It is close to Thapae Gate. Most of the people living there are Europeans and Americans. It is relatively quiet, the service is good, and the environment is OK.

The staff were very friendly. Bicycles can be rented for free, so we rode around Chiang Mai. However, there was no explanation about the TV remote control. Next time I go to Chiang Mai, I plan to stay here again.

I loved the hotel, very good location in the heart of Chiang Mai but still very quiet. The interior and ambient of the hotel is very lovely. The staff is nice and helpful! Only downside was our bedding was probably old and had a few stains. The rest was clean and comfortable.a

Stayed at this property for 5 nights and thoroughly enjoyed it. The hotel was lovely and quiet but also in a very convenient location. The room was comfortable, especially the bed and the shower. The staff were very lovely and accommodating. I would definitely stay here again.
