The hotel receptionist was very kind and friendly. The porter was always at the stairs on the first floor, carrying our luggage, and when we went to do a little shopping at the convenience store while waiting for a taxi, he looked after our luggage and said we could leave it there. The room was clean and comfortable.
It's conveniently located within walking distance to the main tourist spots, and the night bazaar is right nearby, so you can enjoy it at night too.

For a hotel of this price, the sanitary environment is really OK. I have stayed here several times. The front desk service is very enthusiastic. The room is consistent with the photos on Ctrip. The location is also very good. There is a night market downstairs, and the horse market is very lively. I highly recommend this hotel. The only regret is that there is no balcony for smoking.

Our original plan was to stay there for 2 nights but we ended up staying for 3 nights cuz of the mother bike accident. The hotel was clean, affordable, best location with walking distance to night bazaar and dinning area. The 7/11 is downstair and they have security for parking if you would like to rent a motorbike. The service was fantastic and I was really thankful for both ladies at the reception (I should have ask for their names) for helping us getting a taxi to chiang rai to catch a flight back home, storing our luggages when i was hospitalized and also helping us to went up to the room through their back door cuz I couldn’t climb up the stairs with wounded ankle and crutches. Staying at Nap in is one of the good things happened during our trip in Chiang Mai. I would recommend this hotel to everyone and their hospitality was beyond excellent especially when we went through a tough time in a foreign country.
