Studio 365 Serviced Apartments

We loved everything about our stay. Check in was fast and efficient. We had apartment 5 and it was perfect. On the top floor, two large bedrooms, two bathrooms, living space and kitchenette, with the balcony’s. The staff was very sweet and we had our laundry done across with Ann’s laundry right out front. Would highly recommend this place!

Easy check in and out. Large apartment, very clean and good AC. Perfect location- easy to walk to Tha Phae gate but tucked away off busy streets. Traveling with kids and felt very safe.

Worst Rental Experience I've Ever Had A truly awful experience at the most poorly stocked vacation property I have ever rented. The property overlooks a terribly rundown neighborhood. Upon arrival, the front door lock was broken. The woman at the front desk argued with me for 20 minutes before calling a locksmith to do the repair. The fan for the A/C in the bedroom was barely blowing even at the highest setting. On day 2 they claimed to have a repair man at the property but the A/C fan was still very weak. I had to leave the A/C in the living room on to get the bedroom cool which made the living room freezing cold. In the evening on day 2 the owner returned my phone call to discuss the deficiencies but would not have a fair discussion about the issues at the property. After going back and forth about the failed a/c repair he demanded that I pack my things and leave in 30 minutes or he would throw all of my belongings out into the street. Being a 3rd floor apt and not knowing how crazy he is, I decided the best thing to do was pack up and leave. I tried to convince him that I’m a reasonable person and willing to live with the deficiencies in the apartment for the next 3 nights, but he was rude, arrogant and threatening. He kept saying that he would throw my things out into the street and call the Police to help him. I told him we have a contract and he has no right to cancel the booking if I’m willing to accept the apt in its current condition. He kept threatening me, so I packed up & left to avoid a fight.

This used to be a nice apartment but standards have fallen badly. Don’t think of staying here. These are a few of the reasons. On our first night the whole apartment was flooded with filthy drain water which overflowed from the kitchen sinks, which were not being used at the time, filling all of the drawers and covering the floor in late evening. We had to phone the staff who had gone home and they did a half hearted job to mop it up but everything was soaked. At midnight we had no choice but to go to bed with wet feet in the all the mess and we paid money for this! The staff told us that they were aware of a problem with the drains when we arrived and that the plumber would come the next day. No apology was offered for the inconvenience. A very unhealthy situation. The bathroom sink smelled bad and water didn’t drain out of the shower when it was in use. There is a smelly, dirty uncomfortable lounge in the living area. The floor wasn’t cleaned thoroughly after the flood and general cleaning was very basic. There was no safe in the room.

Great location, easy to take in the sights from this place, which is tucked down an ally. Parking is very limited and first come, first served from what I gathered. The 1 bedroom was spacious and furnished by IKEA. I ended up extending my stay in Chiang Mai by a week for personal reasons and simply extended my stay here. When I'm in town again, this will be my first choice. Value for money was brilliant
