Studio 365 Serviced Apartments

We had a fantastic stay at studio365, and I can highly recommend it for business travel or pleasure. Very good location in a quiet and local area, but close to a main street with shops, places to eat and Thaphae Gate, Khun Gif and her colleagues were super nice and were willing to walk the extra mile. Highly appreciated. Will definitely try to stay in the same place when coming back to ChiangMai soon.

We loved everything about our stay. Check in was fast and efficient. We had apartment 5 and it was perfect. On the top floor, two large bedrooms, two bathrooms, living space and kitchenette, with the balcony’s. The staff was very sweet and we had our laundry done across with Ann’s laundry right out front. Would highly recommend this place!

Not long back from another great stay apartments were great just been updated due to flooding staff as usual are lovely my only disappointment was to see bunk beds in the rooms meaning children half way through our stay a couple arrived with 3 children our peace was shattered all we could here was them running up and down the noise is quite loud from above ,I know they need to make money but not sure this is the way to do it ,it could put a lot of people off

This used to be a nice apartment but standards have fallen badly. Don’t think of staying here. These are a few of the reasons. On our first night the whole apartment was flooded with filthy drain water which overflowed from the kitchen sinks, which were not being used at the time, filling all of the drawers and covering the floor in late evening. We had to phone the staff who had gone home and they did a half hearted job to mop it up but everything was soaked. At midnight we had no choice but to go to bed with wet feet in the all the mess and we paid money for this! The staff told us that they were aware of a problem with the drains when we arrived and that the plumber would come the next day. No apology was offered for the inconvenience. A very unhealthy situation. The bathroom sink smelled bad and water didn’t drain out of the shower when it was in use. There is a smelly, dirty uncomfortable lounge in the living area. The floor wasn’t cleaned thoroughly after the flood and general cleaning was very basic. There was no safe in the room.
