Stayed for seven days and renewed my room three times. When I come to Chiang Mai next year (plan to come every 1 to 2 years), I will stay at your house. Thanks again to the two Thai waiters.

There was no water provided in the room at all. The service was poor, and the room next door was very noisy. There was no one at the reception desk. However, the room was clean, but the lighting inside was very dim.

this guest house represents a good location for reasonable cost, chill ambiance with some quirks like kamikaze stairs and door padlocks, the only thing startleling was strong smell of pesticides which would leave one gasping for air.. fortunately it eventually dissipated
