Exceptional, from
Entrance the staff greeted warmly and were bery attentive. My room was divine, beautifully decorated with elements of Northern thai tradition. Afternoon tea was complimentary and little morsels so tasty. Every convenience such as hats, umbrellas, loofah etc were on hand. The bed was so comfortable .
The greenery made the place lush and the sound of birds and geckos, added to
me winding down to relax this trip. It wasn’t loud nor neighbours boisterous. We did have a Buddhist celebration across the way which was vibrant added to the highlight of my stay. Thank you Cheeta and jhia, very accommodating staff members. I would highly recommend and would visit again

One of the best hotel experiences I’ve ever had. Everyone at the staff was so welcoming and friendly and went over and above to ensure an excleent experience. The location is unbeatable, right in the heart of the two main roads in the old city. Step outside into the bustling Sunday market at night. Best value for money I have ever had. Highly recommend.

☹️This is a hotel that only cares about money. It looks friendly and considerate on the surface, but it actually has many tricks! 😈
Before departure: The price changes frequently. When I booked in the morning, the total price for 3 nights was more than 3,200 yuan. When I checked again at noon, I found that it was only 2,700 yuan. I lost 500 yuan in just a few hours! Ctrip customer service helped to contact the merchant and hoped to help cancel and rebook, but was rejected by the store😄
Check-out: This hotel actually requires guests to wait at the front desk for the cleaning room inspection to be completed before they can leave. I have never encountered such a strange thing in domestic and international travel for so long. It is unbelievable that it happened in a five-star hotel. Then the most outrageous thing was that after waiting for the end, the front desk told me that our disposable slippers could not be taken away. They were charged for 350 baht per pair. ***??? You charge for disposable slippers? I only used one pair of disposable slippers for 3 nights, and I was charged more than 70 yuan for the other pair? ??? Are you sick? ??? So! I opened my suitcase at the front desk, took out my disposable slippers and returned them to the hotel. Did they make me feel like I stole something from the hotel? I've wanted to stay at this hotel since last year❣️ and my wish finally came true!
The hotel was just as good as I expected
They upgraded my room and I was able to get a beauty treatment with my friend (*^^*)
The only thing that could be improved was that the water pressure in the shower was weak, so the water flow was weak... but the bath was nice and the toilet was very clean!
The staff who greeted us were also polite and kind!
