I stayed here for 3 days and 2 nights and was quite disappointed despite the hotel looking new and modern.
Bathroom leak on day 1 — water kept pooling near the toilet. I reported it, and staff only gave me an extra rug.
Window leak on day 2 during heavy rain — water came in through the window and through to the floor.
I showed the reception photo/video. Again, just more rugs. No apology, no room change, no follow-up.
Other issues: Very noisy cleaning staff shouting in hallways and poor soundproofing—I could hear cars, planes, and people constantly.
The only good thing was the location near Nimman.
