The location is excellent, and the place is clean and well-maintained. The complimentary coffee in the morning is a nice touch. However, the soundproofing could be improved, as road noise can be quite noticeable at night.

The room decor is quite tasteful. However, we encountered a drainage issue in the bathroom, but the owner quickly helped us resolve it. Also, a reminder for those carrying large luggage—there is no elevator, so you’ll need to carry it upstairs. Other than that, there weren’t any major issues.

The hotel is clean, with separate wet and dry bathrooms. A free drink is provided upon check-in. The service is very friendly and considerate. It's just that you have to pick it up on the first floor, so check-out is a bit more difficult. At the end of check-out, they will take a photo for you to take home as a souvenir. 1. The owner of the B&B can speak Chinese and is friendly. You can ask about nearby food and recommended massages.
2. There is no elevator in the B&B, but the staff will help with the luggage, and the service is good.
3. The homestay provides each guest with a drink with innovative flavors, which is visually appealing for photos.
4. We stayed in a four-person room in a duplex that day. The bathroom had a bathtub and a glass ceiling for light. The space was spacious and there was a balcony on the top floor where we could watch the sunrise and sunset. It was very comfortable.
5. The double room has spacious windows that let in the lush greenery outside, and is paired with textured furniture, giving the overall accommodation a textured and warm feel.
6. When we checked out, the boss took a family photo for us with a Polaroid camera and pasted it on a special postcard for us as a souvenir. It was very thoughtful.
7. Next time we travel to Chiang Mai, this B&B will be our first choice.
