Stayed 2 nights. Great location for Chiang Mai sightseeing. Room and service were simple but just right. Only downside was the shower drain, which didn’t flow well.

A very perfect hotel, quiet and clean. The staff cleaned the pool every morning. The room was not big, but it was enough. On the last day of check-out, I forgot my phone in the taxi. It was the front desk lady who helped contact the driver to find the phone. Thank you very much.

The location is great. There's no elevator. The house is small and well-designed. It's a four or five minute walk to 711. The surrounding area is very convenient.

The value was excellent, with a clean, tidy room and a pool view for just over 200.
Most importantly, they didn't force us to check in until the afternoon. We arrived around 8:00 AM and were able to check in as soon as a room was available. No deposit was required, and we were even given a first-floor room close to the pool.

This hotel is generally of medium value for money. The surrounding environment is OK. There is a stadium opposite where you can watch a badminton match. The hotel does not provide breakfast. It is a bit inconvenient to eat nearby. You have to go to the library to eat. It is OK.
