What a beautiful and calming place! The design, cleanliness, coziness is what comes first to my mind about this place. Absolutely the best hotel we stayed in CM. Nice and kind people who own and operate this place. It’s near Nimman, but with no airplane noise. 5 min drive to Old Town. And close to Doi Suthep and numerous cafes/restos/shops. Brilliantly clean and gorgeous 🫶🏻 Actually we extended multiple times 😅

The room is very clean. The soundproofing is not very good. It is a bit noisy. You can hear planes flying around at night. The service is good. People with good sleep can stay here. When I stayed there, several Shanghainese people next door were talking and chatting every day. The quality is really... It's so noisy. The location is good, close to Maya and Nimman Road.

The environment is OK. The breakfast shop opposite is good. Many people go there to check in. However, it is very close across the road and there is no sidewalk. It is a bit dangerous to cross directly. If you take a detour, you have to walk a long way, which is embarrassing.

In front of the shop there is a hole in the water reservoir for a clean room. It's difficult to rent a motorbike, it's a bit far away

The hotel is in a great location, very close to Nimman Road and Maya Shopping Mall. It takes about ten minutes to get to Chiang Mai University and Chiang Mai Old Town by taxi. The front desk service is super friendly. You can store your luggage. There is a balcony. The room is clean and tidy. The TV can also be used. The experience is very good. Although there is no elevator, the stairs are not very high and it is easy to go up
