Looking back on this matter, I have to say that the hotel's environment and facilities are very aesthetic. It is a style I like very much. The room is very beautiful, but you must not book the Kumon Suite (it is in the farthest corner of the hotel, with no bright windows, so the lighting is very bad, and of course the ventilation is not good). You must not do it, even if you spend a little more money to book another room type. The hotel staff can meet the most basic etiquette standards and specifications, and are professional, but lack the ability to deal with emergencies, and cannot really think about problems from the perspective of the guests. The price of this reservation is 1500+. I think this is not in line with the level of hotels in this price range. If it is just the most ordinary smiling service The Q&A service is what all hotels in Chiang Mai with a budget of 300+ can provide. The room is very clean and tidy, that's for sure. However, I left out a brand new bottle of sunscreen when I checked out. When I went back to pick up my luggage in the afternoon, the staff insisted that they couldn't find it. This was really disappointing. I was 100% sure that it was on the bedside table in the hotel and I had evidence because I took a photo at the last second before leaving the room. It was also shown in the photo. When I went back to get it in the afternoon, they said it wasn't there. The male waiter at the front desk did try hard to help find it. It wasn't his problem. The housekeeping didn't ask, and in the end, it wasn't there. Well, that's it. I hope the hotel management can see this review and I hope this hotel will get better and better.

Very nice place and service There are not many Chinese people here, it is convenient to stay here and the service is very good The masseuse I booked has excellent skills. My wife and children like the atmosphere here very much. The location is very convenient. There is 7-11 next door. It is very close to Nimman, the ancient city and the airport. It is also very child-friendly
