The hotel staff were lovely and very helpful. The room was so pretty, had good air conditioning, and a window mesh to keep out mosquitoes. The location was good and you could easily walk or get a cheap grab to anywhere central. They were happy to cater for gluten-free with breakfast by serving fresh fruit.

The hotel is exactly as shown in the pictures.
The bedroom was good. All the amenities were there.
The breakfast was very simple, but it had rice, eggs, fruit, cereal, juice, and coffee.
It was good enough for a quick breakfast.
The staff were all friendly, and the cleaning service was good for two nights.
It's in the old city, but it's dark in front of the hotel at night. That's a bit disappointing.
But you can walk to Tapa**t.

Very unique B&B, rich and delicious breakfast, a family of four lived very comfortably, Xiaobao didn't charge extra. It was the best accommodation I stayed in during my trip to Chiang Mai. Everyone was very friendly and although the breakfast was not that much, the beautifully prepared food was slightly different every day and it was the perfect meal for me.

Don't stay in the family room on the third floor! The air conditioner next door seemed to be installed on the wall at the head of the bed. It was surrounded by low-frequency noise 24 hours a day. It felt like the bed was vibrating. I was going to have a neurasthenia after staying for three nights! I reported to the hotel that it couldn't be solved, but when I checked reviews on other websites, someone said it six months ago, and it still hasn't been solved in the past six months!
