18 in Town Homestay

One of the nicest places we've ever stayed, and when you add in the price we paid it was easily the best value for money too. Communication with Nai, the owner, was easy, and she was waiting for us as we arrived. We booked the most expensive room which is upstairs and has a balcony but from what we could see all four rooms are a similar size. This room had an extra large comfy double bed and was very quiet. The highlight of the stay was breakfast, eaten on the terrace outside, and we had something different every day.

We had a great stay during our 5 nites in Chiangmai. The room was clean, comfy and well provided for. Ample breakfast to fill you up before venturing off for the rest of the day. Different breakfast menu daily. The communal kitchen had lots of snacks & tea/coffee should you wish to have tea or supper . It was like staying in your own home. Location was good - walking distance to the night markets. Nai is a lovely and accommodating host. She gave fantastic recommendations for places to visit and shop . We didn't have time visit all of them so have excuse for another trip to Chiangmai. Would love to stay here again next time. Highly recommended !

Lovely setting with comfortable room. Wonderful, helpful host and staff who helped us book a driver for a day trip and booked our taxi to the airport. Our breakfasts were incredible with fresh fruit, as well as main dishes like pad Thai and soup. Coffee, tea and snacks were available anytime. The location in Old Town was very convenient yet quiet.; we could walk to the markets and temples.
