เลือกราคาที่สามารถ เลทเวลาเช็คเอาท์ เป็น 14:00 ได้ แต่พอเวลา 12:00 พนักงานโทรมาเหมือนไล่ออกจากห้อง พูดว่า ต้องการให้พนักงานไปช่วยยกกระเป๋าเลยไหม
แล้วตอนเช็คอิน เราไปแบบครอบครัว พนักงานเห็นอยู่ว่าพาเด็กมาด้วย กลับเลือกให้อยู่ห้องที่ไกลที่สุด ทั้งๆที่มองแล้วว่าห้องที่ใกล้กว่าก็ว่าง
เดือนที่แล้วก็มาพัก แต่ทางโรงแรมมีงานสัมมนา ผู้มาร่วมงานจอดรถขวางรถผู้เข้าพัก ให้พนักงานไปหาก็ใช้เวลาร่วม30นาที เด็กๆก็หิวข้าวแล้วต้องมานั่งรอให้ขยับรถ แทนที่จะจัดโซนจอดรถแยกส่วนกัน
โรงแรมนี้สนใจแต่คนที่มาจัดงานสัมมนาเท่านั้น ไม่สนใจผู้เข้าพัก

The hotel is quite new and clean. The room I booked was a room with access to the pool. The kids loved it. The staff provided good service. The location is excellent. It is convenient to travel near tourist attractions and temples. If I have a chance, I will definitely come back to stay again. 😘
