John and Jam, the owners are great. Went out of their way to provide us a wonderful experience. Beautiful pool, wonderful views of Laos across the Mekong River. Excellent meals presented beautifully. Lots of bird sighting, marvelous sunrises. We will certainly visit again.

Could be so much better. Great pool
I was the only guest as far as I could tell, and although a nice place the hotel is a little basic, simple things in design of place could have so much better, the Thai lady owner is keen to make as much profit as possible, which kind of hurts the place, the swimming pool is excellent, and although it’s out the way it’s only a ten minute stroll to town bars lotus shop and restaurants

Property advertises as a resort, but there only pool was under repairs due to some leaks. What was extremely disappointing is that they did not warn us about the broken pool. This was extremely selfish, as reservation clearly had indicated we are arriving with young children.

We booked only one night and asked the hotel to arrange the taxi for the planned border crossing to Laos the next day. The room was fine. At dinner we were harassed by a drunk guest. The landlady tried to restrain the drunken regular. When we checked out the next day, we didn't have enough Thai currency. We paid the rest in US dollars. The landlady demanded extremely high exchange fees. So two reasons why I don't fully recommend this hotel.

The garden villas are in a very quiet location. The pool is spacious and clean. Bicycles are available free of charge. The manager's cooking skills are particularly noteworthy. The food is very good. Communication is excellent. The entire staff team is very helpful. If you are looking for peace and quiet, this is the right place for you.
