Very good next to the Mekong River walkway. There is a beautiful balcony.
The only slight problem is the ceiling of the room. It looks old and has brown stains.

The Dai Hen needs a,serious makeover or renovation. The rooms are dated, the ceiling is showing signs of leakage and mold. The walls are chipping paint. No parking on site and no breakfast is available. For the price, other places offer far better options.
