High CP value, good breakfast, clean and hygienic room! Improvements: The air conditioning in the room was not enough. It was not until 4:00pm that I felt the room was sufficiently air-conditioned until 9:00pm. The bathroom door could not be fully closed. The hot spring pool was closed because it was not maintained. It was a pity.

The room is very big, and you can see Chiang Dao Mountain from the terrace. The space between the houses is spacious, and it is quiet during the day and night. The curtains are lightproof, and I slept well both nights. The hotel has a cute little black cat that comes to pet from time to time, which is really healing. The only drawback is that there is no window to open in the bathroom, there is a sewer smell, and there is a little water leakage. I hope the hotel can repair it.

The hotel (it's not a resort) was deserted when I arrived, and it soon became apparent why. It's located near a major road (think highway) with only one restaurant in walking distance and nothing else. While the room was clean, it was very noisy, and the bed was uneven, making for a difficult night. Finally, only one member of staff could speak English and he was usually not available.

Very complete facilities,  had a hot spring soak, but because of maintenance, so can not be used, itself is a self-drive tour, can go to the surrounding supermarkets or restaurants are convenient, the hotel includes breakfast, can enjoy a delicious breakfast.
