L’hotel President si distingue dagli altri hotel datati di Chianciano perché sul tetto ha una bellissima piscina con una vista fantastica su Montepulciano. Il servizio di ristorazione è buono e consigliato ed il personale (del ristorante)molto cortese. Passiamo alle note dolenti purtroppo:per quanto riguarda le camere ci sarebbe molto da ridire. Intanto l’insonorizzazione è inesistente ,tanto che sentivo chiaramente telefonare da una camera confinante mentre dall’altro lato sentivo un cliente russare. Ho dovuto pulire io il filtro dell’aria condizionata lavandolo nel lavandino con acqua calda e sapone perché aveva praticamente una coperta di polvere incollata e non oso immaginare cosa mi sarebbe successo se l’avessi accesa(preso dalla foga non ho scattato la foto ,ma meglio così). La doccia non era stata pulita a fondo e vi risparmio i dettagli. Il materasso è buono ma i guanciali non hanno una doppia federa. Mini-frigo in camera sporco. Telecomandi tv e aria mai igienizzati. Insomma con una struttura così ritengo basterebbe un po’ più di cura e di investimento sul personale delle camere per far felici i clienti .

Accogliente, ordinato, estremamente pulito dai saloni alle camere e dai bagni al giardino, il President Hotel a Chianciano Terme si distingue per la professionalità e la sincera cortesia in todo di tutto il personale. Su una scala da 1 a 10 dove 1 è nullo e 10 è al top, diamo senza remore un 10 indistintamente dal giardiniere al personale di pulizia, dal receptionist a chi serve a tavola senza dimenticare chi sta dietro ai fornelli che oltre a cucinare “crea” bontà culinarie. Agosto 2024 non è la nostra prima volta e non sarà l’ultima. Grazie per l’ospitalità. Ci rivediamo l’anno prossimo. Jeanne e Gherardo Vezzalini

Oramai non capita di trovare tanta disponibilitá ed attenzione al Cliente qui invece è ancora una piacevole sorpresa. Personale attento, cibo buono anche se i menù e gli ambienti sono datati ma tenuti benissimo. Un tuffo nel passato, se positivo, è una bella esperienza.

Non è più come una volta, cucina pessima ( si avvalgono di un servizio catering), personale di sala scostante e sbrigativo. La nota positiva sono le camere pulite anche se c’è troppa confusione nei corridoi con continuo via vai di gente a tutte le ore. Reception ok

L’hôtel et son personnel sont très accueillants. L’hôtel est relativement simple, mais offre des prestations très correctes. La nourriture, sans être très raffinée, est locale et de qualité. Le petit déjeuner propose un buffet varié et copieux. Le bar est complet et on apprécie ses nombreux salons, tant à l’intérieur qu’à l’extérieur. Les chambres sont spacieuses et bien agencées. Bien qu’il ne soit pas indispensable on peut regretter l’absence de réfrigérateur. En conclusion un endroit parfait pour un séjour ou un arrêt dans la région.

Nous nous sommes arrêtés sur la route de Naples avec un groupe de 40 personnes ( voyages Perraud de Thullins) et nous avons été aussi bien reçus que si nous étions arrivés en individuels ...tout était au point , pas d'attente à l'arrivée et puis des chambres magnifiques , bien insonorisées, des salles de bains impeccables...Le personnel très agréable dans la salle à manger , un petit déjeuner copieux nous attendait avant de reprendre notre route ...Merci pour tout ,j'y reviendrais si l'occasion se présente...

Séjour dans le cadre d’un voyage organisé Chambre spacieuse et propre mais un peu vieillotte Trop de groupes internationaux qui se croisent ce qui donne un air colonie de vacances et surtout pas d isolation entre les chambres et le couloir Repas très copieux mais pas toujours très diététiques et élaborés avec finesse

mancavo da questo hotel da molti anni. ho avuto la graditissima e piacevole sorpresa di aver trovato la struttura rinnovata in tutti i suoi locali. camere ben arredate, pulite, funzionali in ogni dettaglio. questa gestione e' ineccepibile. ho usufruito gratuitamente dei pasti serviti in camera, e nessun supplemento per la presenza di un piccolo cane. il ristorante poi e' da applauso.

We stayed here during an extended tour of Italy we took with 43 friends and family members. This hotel was a hidden gem. The rooms were clean, the air conditioning worked well, and the showers were great. The pool was fantastic at the end of a day of touring and had beautiful views of the surrounding countryside. We all agreed that the dinners were the best out of all the places we stayed. We all wanted the recipes for the soups they made! The staff was great and very accommodating. This was an easy place to stay and do day trips to wineries. Several of the hotels along this road were shuttered, which made us a little nervous, but this place was great all the way around.
