Struttura poco pulita e mal tenuta. Porta del bagno della nostra camera (105) rotta rischiavo di rimanere chiusa dentro, prese di corrente rotte, rubinetto per pulire wc mi rimane in mano. Colazione con prodotti confezionati di scarsa qualità. Al momento della prenotazione ho parlato con una voce femminile molto chiara e gentile, ma in struttura c’era solo un uomo che non sembrava neanche molto sveglio.

Weekend all'insegna del relax e del benessere, l'hotel, se pur al centro di Chianciano, si presenta come un piccolo casolare di campagna. Tutte le camere sono spaziose ed accoglienti, ma ciò che contraddistingue questa struttura che la rende confortevole è il salotto con camino e l'area buffet. Una menzione particolare va ad Amid, che ci ha accolti e coccolati, come un vero padrone di casa, consigliatissimo.

They advertised it as a spa, nothing there but a tiny hot tub with some candles on it. Who ever took pictures of the place did am amazing job to make the place look like it was a cool place in the middle of nowhere. I don’t like it when the owners hoover around you, they lived there, their room was next door. We thought it was more a spa hotel type , but not. We felt we had to whisper and tip toe around. Out of all the hotels and places we have stayed, this one was a definite no no. The night we arrived it was very dark and chucking down with rain. The my husband went to check in and they charged him the full price of the room, even though we had paid ******* already and the only thing owing was the local tourist tax of 3:20. When ******* tried to call they refused to credit us back. It’s now been an on going battle. Don’t fall for the pictures, there are so many other nice places around with in a few minutes drive of the place. There were no restaurants or anything close by walking distance. Found the people who run it very fishy. We felt very uncomfortable. Thank goodness I had only booked one night. Originally we had planned to stay 3 nights.

Al centro di Chianciano terme, tra centinaia di anonimi alberghi, si trova un piccolo angolo di paradiso : vi troverete di fronte ad un cancello con uno splendido casale in pietra ben ristrutturato con parcheggio interno . Ci accoglie il titolare Giampiero in modo accogliente e premuroso dandoci tutte le informazioni necessarie! Anche l’interno non delude! Camera silenziosa, pulita e ben arredata, grande tv , bel bagno, frigo e colazione con dolci fatti in casa! Il posto è ideale per una fuga dal tran tran quotidiano ed offre la possibilità di godersi un po’ di relax sia all’interno della struttura stessa che alle terme esterne, di fare delle passeggiate nei borghi vicini e godere dell’ottima cucina toscana!

The room & bathroom were quite spacious and clean. The property was very quiet with only a few other rooms. I would not use “spa” anywhere in the description of this hotel. The overall property was underwhelming and not a good location for what we needed.
