Cute boutique hotel just a block from the ocean
I love this place! Cute, airy, comfortable. It had a cute pool with swing, lots of plants all around. The rooms were decently clean. The staff was friendly and helpful. Little restaurant on site where we purchased some delicious coffee and breakfast. The hotel is just a block from the ocean and a nice walk along the malecon. Can’t beat this place for the price and location!

Turds Usually i only review when i have something positive to say but on this occasion, this was a particularly ordinary experience. We stayed here for 1 night because of its proximity to the ferry port. Perhaps we should have stayed on the dock itself instead. Don't really know what to make of this place, the shower head was falling apart but it didn't matter because the water was cold anyway. The toilet had a strong pong (before we'd used it). There was no customer service. The pool has broken tiles and probably not swimmable and strangely the beds only had no top sheet. In fact, the best thing about this place was the pizza place down the road. Be sure to check out Sergio's Pizza while in town.

Cuidado si llegas a manchar una sábana y fumas en el cuarto. El "gerente" no te dejará salir si no pagas la suma de $3,000.00 pesos. Además de amenazar con llamar a la policía local si reclamas el abuso. Ni en los mejores hoteles te cobran y menos te retienen. No vale lo que cuesta la noche, es caro. Es un hotel de tercera. Nada recomendable. Mal servicio, groseros. De hecho es una casa convertida en hotel. No lo visiten

We stayed in Chetumal & liked the location close to the Malecon. We booked an executive double Queen room specificity for the balcony as shown in the pictures. When we checked in & got our room we didn’t receive a balcony. Only a small dingy dusty room. We called ******* & nothing got resolved. The girl at the front desk wouldn’t give us a hair dryer. We finally got one after my wife shamed her into it. The door going into the washroom has very clearance from the toilet. Although Water pressure was good in the shower. The sauna as per internet add is non existent. You have to book 24 hours in advance. The sauna has a tv, clothes & shoes inside. Perhaps someone lives there.

The property is nice on picture and somewhat in reality. the linens inthe room had a stain and the Pool towels we received all had holes on them. when it comes to the shower the the shower head does not poor well as if the head is dirty and causing the floor to get wet and making it messy getting out.
The staff was nice and friendly and the facility is clean. Its in a great location the early morning view was great.
Linens, towels and the shower head were not it. with upgrade to those it would be Very Good.

There was an issue with the shower that was quickly resolved. They said check out time was 11, but the website said 12. The chef modified my breakfast for me to make it vegetarian, and he made a sauce as spicy as i like it! Overall, it was a decent place
