La cama es muy muy cómoda pero el baño es muy chiquito (lo único que no me agrado). La atención del personal es cordial. En general todo super bien, si volveríamos.

Buena elección de hotel, habitación comoday limpia, Staff del hotel atento. Aire acondicionado nuevo, buena ubicación, céntrico, buen espacio de estacionamiento, buenos lugares para comer cerca del hotel. Si la tarifa lo permitiera en su momento, si volvería a elegirlo.

Las instalaciones muy bien, los cuartos limpios, cómodos, el personal muy amable. El detalle es que es importante confirmar muy bien la reservación porque se confundieron con lo que reservamos, pero repito el personal muy amable y lo solucionaron.

Fuimos a este hotel por sus calificaciones,no es un hotel lujoso ni nada, no tiene restaurante,ni bar,no me acuerdo si tiene cafetera dentro del cuarto,tv básica de pantalla no grande,AC. Tiene estacionamiento. En el cuarto que estuvimos (110) tiene un pequeño escalón antes del baño de apenas 2 centímetros en el cual tropezamos,y el cual es un peligro por los muebles del baño,paredes y muros. Eso sí están muy limpias las habitaciones. Y el personal de recepción fué amable.

Es sin duda una hotel 2 o 3 estrellas, los cuartos muy limpios pero reducidos, cuenta con todo lo necesario para una estancia express, no tiene restaurante, había habitaciones disponibles en planta baja y nos mandaron hasta la ultima, esta cerca del centro de Chetumal pero no en el centro, ya andando caminando por el centro observe mejores opciones.
