Tuvimos una experiencia excelente en este hotel. Las chicas de la recepción, el chico de la cocina, el chef y la persona que nos llevó al tour —todos fueron maravillosos. Une villa sur la lagune absolument sublime, dans un hôtel hors du temps. Cet endroit est sans aucun doute le plus beau de la lagune : l’expérience holistique y est incroyable, même avec des enfants. Merci mille fois à Jaime pour sa gentillesse et son accueil chaleureux, ainsi qu’à Yann pour son fabuleux tour en bateau qui nous a permis de découvrir la lagune sous son plus beau jour. Petit bémol sur la restauration, qui mériterait d’être améliorée, mais cela n’a en rien terni notre séjour. Tout était extraordinaire. Bravo pour ce lieu d’exception !

El restaurante nos decepcionó increíblemente, pedimos 2 poke bowls y los combinaron como quisieron con los ingredientes que ellos quiseron. No fue hasta el último que salió el chef a disculparse, sin embargo arruinaron toda una velada familiar, triste para el lugar tan increíble que tienen.

El lugar está increíble, y la comida me sorprendió. Nunca me hubiera imaginado que los chilaquiles estuvieran tan sabrosos. Tuvimos la experiencia de clase de yoga y pasamos la mañana nadando en la hermosa laguna de Xul-Ha.

I booked this hotel thru ******* and was looking forward to my stay in March of 2025. Unfortunately I had to cancel and did so within the advised time for a full refund. ******* says they have contacted the hotel and they have promised a refund but there has been no refund. I tried to pursue this directly with the Hotel as they charged the full amount to my credit card and never gave me a refund. I have been trying to get ahold of them for months and to no avail. Phone numbers dont work and online requests have gone unanswered since March. Book this one at your own risk.

El lugar es hermoso y tiene una vista irreal a la laguna, sus colores se ven super brillantes. El mantenimiento del hotel está 10/10 y sus jardines bellísimos y bien cuidados. Signey en recepción me recibió muy amablemente y Arath en el tour del templo a la Madre Tierra nos platicó todo acerca del lugar, se nota que le gusta lo que hace y que disfruta compartir sus conocimientos!! La comida deliciosa y de muy buena porción, pensé que iban a ser platillos más pequeños pero están muy bien servidos !! Mil gracias al Capitán Jorge & al mesero Sergio, se portaron súper amables !! Estaré regresando pronto porque de verdad tenía años que no me relajaba tanto, su Shala es hermoso, sus hamacas comodísimas y la vista inigualable !!
