We recently stayed at Boca de Agua, and it was such a relaxing and fun experience! The food was incredible—our absolute favorites were the Oyster Mushrooms Castacán and the Tikin Xik Fish. We also took a sunrise kayak tour with Ciwa, and she was amazing—so knowledgeable and passionate. She taught us all about Bacalar’s unique ecological system, which made us appreciate the lagoon and its beauty even more. The lagoon was beautiful and loved every minute kayaking and swimming in it. The staff at Boca de Agua went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. A special shoutout to Radwin, who was just the best, and also David and Herman—thank you all for being so warm and accommodating!

Gran experiencia, nunca pensé que existiera una propiedad así. Gran servicio, todos muy atentos a las necesidades y las cabañas muy limpias y cálidas. Hermosa alberca, pero la joya de la corona es la laguna . Sin duda regresaría.

El hotel está en un entorno natural muy bonito, eso se disfruta mucho, las habitaciones son un poco pequeñas el área de lavabo muy incómoda, el área de terraza y alberca privada excelente. El servicio de restaurante y bar muy malo no tienen idea de lo que ofrecen se ven muy improvisados. La comida regular y pocas opciones lo que te obliga salir al pueblo a comer o a cenar y pagar 1000 de Taxis por viaje de ida y vuelta. El área de concierge ponen poca atención.

Cada detalle está súper cuidado, el servicio del staff fue excelente en todo momento y la estancia fue súper cómoda, las habitaciones son espacios que verdaderamente ayudan a tener un descanso profundo después de un día de desconexión en la alberca, en el muelle o paseando en kayak o pontón en la laguna para ver amaneceres y atardeceres inolvidables. Hablando de gastronomía, ¡Qué menú! Todo lo que comimos era simplemente delicioso, una propuesta auténtica que se eleva con una exquisita mixología. Otra cosa que me encantó y debo mencionar fue el servicio de masaje, aunque fue un servicio brindado en la habitación, cada elemento estuvo perfectamente cuidado y la sesión brindada fue maravillosa. Definitivamente una experiencia a repetir.

Quedé gratamente sorprendido. El servicio es estupendo, la comida deliciosa y el ambiente alrededor es increíble! Tenía muchas dudas por no estar sobre la laguna pero vaya que quedé maravillado con ello. Nunca había tenido una estancia tan relajante y reconfortante. Superaron mis expectativas! Me tocó un día muy soleado y uno muy lluvioso, y en ambos casos la experiencia fue fabulosa. Sin duda he de volver.

Boca de Agua was incredible. The treehouse villas are stunning, the service is excellent, and the food at Flora is delicious! I loved the experiences: the jungle walk, the sunrise kayak and the sunset catamaran were the kind of moments you don't forget. Boca de Agua is the perfect place to relax, swim in the lagoon, and escape the sargassum hitting the nearby beaches. The water here is crystal clear!
