One word describes the hotel best for me: generosity. I'm not going to drink 15 large Nespresso's, but it's nice knowing you could and that there are more pods out in the hall if you want them. And the cold sparkling water and snacks were unexpected and welcome. A full size washing machine with detergent was also unexpected but the best might have been the individual creamers and milks for the coffee, in the room fridge. I haven't seen that in many hotels other than Fairmont's! This hotel is convenient, charming and comfortable, and it punches well above its weight. Stay here!!

We had an amazing experience at this hotel! The special touches in each room were a bonus to an already thoughtful stay. If we are ever back in Cheticamp we will absolutely book here again!

The room was very well thought out with everything one needs for a pleasant stay. Appreciated the Kit Kat , the nice towels, the robes, electric outlets next to each side of the bed, water kettle and the coffee maker. The bathroom had plenty of space to accommodate all my cosmetics. The shower was grea Everything was immaculately clean. We didn’t take advantage of the hot tub but went to caffe L‘abri for a very good dinner. If there was one thing we would have liked was softer pillow but that’s a preference not everyone shares.

We stayed next to the main house in suite 7, which was VERY spacious and well-appointed. The room was clean, the beds and linens were very comfortable, and the bathroom was stocked with lots of towels. In addition to the small refrigerator and microwave, amenities included snacks, drinks, a Nespresso coffee maker with plenty of pods, plus in the main house guest area, additional snacks and a washer/dryer for guest use. We didn't use the hot tub on the premises but other guests appeared to enjoy it. We would definitely re-book on a return trip!

Great place to stay! Owner for very communicative about check-in, and also texted us letting us know we forgot something in the room! Very clean, and nice common area! Free snacks, drinks and coffee, and a wonderful hot tub! Would definitely stay here again!

What a pleasant surprise. A fresh, modern, clean, comfortable place to stay in Ingonish. Would highly recommend. Warm, fuzzy bathrobe were a nice touch. There was a comfortable sitting room and a Nespresso machine in the bedroom. I also appreciated the postcard service.

The total vibe of this hotel is way above average! It is well-appointed, with furnishings and fixtures really well done. Our room was small, but super comfy. It is well located with several restaurants within walking distance. The laundry facility was a welcome bonus and the drinks and treats provided by the hotel were welcome. The sunset we experienced was worth the price! Thank you to these owners - they have gone above and beyond to make this a happy, comfortable stay.
