I was expecting more from this hotel from the price. My room wasn’t very clean. There were marks on the walls, the net curtains had black marks on them. The shower looked unclean. I arrived when it was dark and the lighting was inadequate which leaves the potential for injuries from falling. I mentioned this to the staff but they weren’t that interested. On the other hand, the breakfast was lovely. Overall I wouldn’t recommend staying at this hotel.

Amazing service in the restaurant 10/10 I recommend to anyone who comes to Bicester. The company is thoughtful especially when it is a customer’s birthday and will treat you with special service, roses and a card from them. An has exquisite desserts

We found this by chance looking for lunch, lovely warm, welcoming ambience, what superb service, lunch was excellent, just the right sized portions. The food was tasty and hot, the house fizz was amazing, a good choice. We will definitely come again.

We stayed here the night before the weekend over the Friday bank holiday for two nights. It was perfect and so remote. Idyllic ally it is a beautiful place and we had amazing weather. The room was deluxe and services throughout the hotel was exceptional. The staff were friendly and helpful at all times, and we were demanding. This hotel would be a perfect place to get away too and close to Bicester Village.

Lovely hotel. Room was very nice with a very comfortable bed. Just one gripe that there is no kettle in the room to make a cup of tea, only coffee machine which is not the same. Had to go to bar and pay for a cuppa - which is not great! Ate in the restaurant and food was delicious. Breakfast was good, but a little bit limited, but what we had was good. The jewel in the crown is definitely the staff who were all very friendly and helpful. Would we stay again- most definitely.

My granddaughters attend an acro group and had a raffle to raise funds. We won a meal for 2 and a bottle of wine at this hotel. My daughter and I went in early June. What a beautiful venue…… our meal was wonderful, we had a really lovely evening. Thank you

We had a Sunday lunch there, it wasn’t the best, good price for a set menu but the food was not great, if you cook a roast you need to know what you’re doing. Potatoes were really soft and had soaked up the oil, not crispy. When we asked for some crispy roasties, they sent out (after 25 mins) when we had finished our meals some potatoes that had clearly been chucked into the deep fat fryer - not great and rock hard The vege option was vege wellington but it came with loads of beans/pulses in without saying that on the menu , it was in undercooked pastry and a bit sloppy Service was ok Wouldn’t rush back

Spacious and very clean room with a massive comfy bed and the added bonus of a view over the water feature. Very quiet as well Dinner and breakfast were top notch too, plenty of choice and healthier options with attentive and friendly service.
