The hotel is close to the highway and has convenient transportation. There are restaurants and Walmart nearby, which is very convenient. The room is clean and odorless. The breakfast is very good, with bacon, eggs, pancakes, potatoes, etc., which is good!

We checked-in and checked-out and told each time that we had paid "the a 3rd party app." On check-in, we were told we should not have used ******* to reserve the room in April because ******* does not pay them well. On check-out, we were told we could have get a receipt because we had paid with a 3rd party app and treated again with distain. The carpet was very dirty! I was told the hotel would be remodeled in two weeks. However, the beds were clean. After the first night, we visited places in the area during the day. We returned at 4 PM to find our room not cleaned but torn apart. One bed was partially stripped, and pillows were on the other bed, but nothing else was cleaned! Dirty towels were still in the bathroom. Manager came up and called cleaning person, and yelled at her in front of us and made her clean the room! The woman apologized that she was distracted and had not finished but listed the room as cleaned. The pool was not clean. Water in the main pool was covered in foam like spit and too cold to enter. Others using the hot tub were talking about the lack of cleanliness. Even so, the breakfast was very good, and those workers were nice and helpful. We will not stay there again.

Room smelled just like they attitudes The front desk staff was unpleasant and rude usually I can tap my card for deposit I wasn’t notified prior to getting there I needed my physical card I had to drive 30 minutes back home to get my card the room smelled like urine I wanted to ask for a different room but they were already rude so I just dealt with it and cleaned it myself

I've stayed here for nearly 15 years for an annual fishing trip. I've never had any issues until this year. They now mandate unhooking your boat to park. With a long bed dually truck, the number of spaces to park in is small. But they refuse to tell the other guests not to park in the corner spaces that are easy to back a boat into. I would avoid this hotel if you're here to fish, they don't want your business. There has also been a campfire smell in the hall the last 2 nights, and the guests above me are most likely hosting fight club or something but the hotel refuses to control the noise and slamming, despite being asked to. Last stay here for us, there are nicer hotels in the area.

We found this hotel to be adequate. Beds were comfortable but updates are needed in this hotel. First time we stayed on fourth floor. Ice machines and vending machines are broken. They upgraded us to hospitality second stay and leather chairs are very worn. Food was good and plentiful. Bathroom floors in pool are need to be scrubbed. Great location

I come to Michigan a few times a year to visit my family and I absolutely love this hotel. The rooms are always clean the pool and hot tub or well-maintained and I enjoy the breakfast. The staff always impresses me also.

Breakfast was amazing! We wish we could live here. Waking up every morning to fresh cooked breakfast. There were options for everyone even my vegetarian kids! The staff were very nice and helpful. The beds were comfy and the room was clean. I like having full size toiletries so we don’t have to worry about packing our own. It was a nice little getaway for a change.
