I literally cannot say enough good things about this hotel. The staff went above and beyond to make sure you were comfortable and satisfied. There is a bar, food to order, HUGE breakfast selection that is ALWAYS hot and ready and fully stocked, rooms were constantly cleaned, and AGAIN-the staff were SO friendly and accommodating. We travel a lot for baseball tournamants and have had MANY bad experiences-and this was SUCH a breath of fresh air. We will DEFINITELY be staying at more Hyatt hotels.

Hotel was clean, bed was comfortable, TV had a lot of channels that I like. The manager was above average in that he went out of his way to help the rest of his staff. I would return to this hotel

Hotel was clean and the staff was very friendly. Would stay here again. The parking garage was nice to be able to keep the car out of the hot summer heat. It was well lite and had an easy entry door into the hotel which locked at 9pm for added security. The pool was nice and always had fresh clean towels to dry off with. The gym is on the smaller side and has 1 treadmill, 1 elliptical, 2 peloton bikes, with 1 bench. The dumbbells went up to 50 pounds. The breakfast was small and ok, does not have you staples like waffles and pancakes everyday as those rotate. Always had eggs, sausage links, cereal, yogurt, bread, oatmeal and fruit. The fresh berries were the best as I've noticed most hotels don't have strawberries and blueberries.

The staff was amazing. Although our room was clean, we did find a human hair on our bedsheets. Breakfast was okay, but we have experienced better at other Hyatts where we have stayed. Chesterfield is a great community with many restaurants, stores, and banks nearby. If you’re into books, comics, movies, tv series and cd’s, consider a visit to the nearby Half Priced book store.

This hotel was great. The staff made my 10 nights really enjoyable. If life takes me back to Chesterfield, this is the only place I would consider staying.
